  • Processing fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Cancelled Orders

When an order is cancelled, the order amount is automatically refunded to your account balance. This refund process is automatic and does not require any action on your part.

Please note that once an order has started processing, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order that has already started, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

3. Partial Order Completion

In cases where an order is partially completed, we automatically provide a partial refund proportional to the uncompleted portion of the order. The refunded amount will be added to your account balance.

For example, if you ordered 1,000 followers and only 800 were delivered, you would receive a refund for 20% of the order amount to your account balance.

4. Service Quality Issues

If you experience issues with the quality of our services, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of order completion. We will review your case and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Redelivery of the service
  • Partial refund to your account balance
  • Full refund to your account balance

The solution offered will depend on the specific circumstances of your case and the nature of the service provided.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services are non-refundable due to their nature. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Services that have been fully delivered as described
  • Services where the delivery is in progress and cannot be stopped
  • Custom or tailored services that have been specifically created for your needs

  3. Select "Request Refund" option
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your refund request
